Jennifer Walker
CEOCEO of 1 asset management Luxembourg, a Luxembourg authorized AIFM. Ms. Walker also serves as a Conducting Officer for the AIFM responsible for Portfolio Management, Distribution and AML. Prior to joining the 1am team, Jennifer relocated from the United States to Luxembourg to open and run Bridge Investment Group’s first European office and obtain an AIFM license. In addition to developing and growing Bridge’s European operations, Jennifer has served as a Conducting Officer across a variety of functions (Risk, Compliance, AML, Complaints, Portfolio Management, Distribution). Jennifer obtained her J.D. from the University of Michigan and is an active member of the Illinois Bar. She worked for several years at Latham & Watkins Chicago as a finance attorney, representative financial institutions in mid- and top- market banking transactions.

He obtained his Master’s degree in Business engineering from the Université Catholique de Louvain and is also holder of CFA, FRM and CAIA designations.

Mr. Alizada has a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Edinburgh Business School. Mr. Alizada is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (FCCA).

Before joining IAM Lithuania and 1AM Luxembourg she has spent more than 13 years of her professional career in the energy sector, including 8 years in one of the largest state-owned energy groups in Lithuania EPSO-G, where she was responsible for planning and strategy at the group level as well as served as member of and chair of boards in subsidiaries. She obtained MA in European Studies from the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium) and executive MBA from the Baltic Management Institute (Vilnius, Lithuania).

For nearly a decade, Evaldas has worked with multinationals and private equity houses in Luxembourg – setting up and managing local investment structures, as well as serving in commercial roles – and is highly familiar with Luxembourg’s regulatory framework for private-market funds and other investment vehicles.
